An idea to make templates for the tabletop and the “ornaments” around it: It should not be difficult to draw it on paper in a scaled-down model.

Important observation: I’m sure that all the parts can be drawn with just a ruler and a compass (since the curves consist of parts of circles). This makes it possible to scale up the model to normal size and redraw the actual templates.

I’m in awe of the craftsmanship you folks put into you projects. I can only hope to get half that good.So beautiful my grandfather was a carpenter did all the woodworking on large luxury liners! He was amazing but you are an artist how absolutely beautiful!Very cool! A question: Why do you not use the bandsaw blade guide? I’ve noticed various woodworkers doing this. I don’t know the reason. Can you tell me why? Does it help somehow?
