My two cents anyway.That is a nice lesson on how to properly sharpen your chain. I was confused years ago about how to do it, and after viewing some videos on and buying the proper tools I then was able to sharpen my chains properly.
You showed us all we need to know about the whole process and I hope the video helps others who are new with a chainsaw.
I’ve watched quite a few videos about sharpening saw chains now, and this one is by far the most detailed and professional tutorial I have seen.

Good comments on the deep gauge for how far to adjust to get the best cut, but surprised you did not mention what happens if you remove to much of the deepness gauge and cause the saw to stall out on the cuts.
