I wish I could look at a piece of wood and not just see what it is, but also see what it could be.
No matter how many live edge turning videos I watch, I can never comprehend when you put it on sideways at the start, how it will turn out in the end. Always a mystery.
You always come up with such interesting and elegant designs! Beautiful work as always!I can imagine that your wife has many of your beautiful items all around the house.
Once again you made something beautiful out of just an ordinary wood log.I love the camera shots that make it look like you are carving invisible wood, so freakin cool!
That was another great job and now I can see the grian from the outside of the log to the center and it is really beautiful job Andy.If I lived near one of these wood turners I would do all their sanding and polishing for free lol. I love watching the finished product turn from wood to glass like.Laburnum aka Golden Chain.
We had a huge one when I was growing up. It was gorgeous in full bloom. I didn’t know the grain would be gorgeous as well. Good job!
