The sounds of the tools is all you need for a soundtrack. would make a slit at the bottom and top so that the blocks where the elastic is attached go in and this offers more grip so that they don’t come loose. A magazine through the top would be perfect. And of course also increase the caliber.
think I would make more of the assembly with screws rather than glue. If anything breaks or is in need of adjustment there is no access with glue. The glued parts would have to be broken apart.
If assembled with very small screws you can disassemble what is necessary, make the repairs (or adjustments) and reassemble.
If in any disassembly the screw holes become loose you can add splinters of wood to make them tight again.Cool design. Feel all the outer pieces could be built from one piece for more strength, especially at the anchors for the elastics.
Great craftsmanship but, my concern is the lack of screws rods to reinforce it it won’t withstand the amount of torque that will be exerted on that gun. Glue alone is not enough!
nice design and I guess its up to us to improve upon its sturdiness coz glue aint gonna make it last long.I can tell this craftsman lives outside of the US.
In the US, people will call the police if you are seen with this outside of your home. Depending on the competence of law enforcement in the jurisdiction and your skin color, you risk getting shot multiple times by real guns carrying this.
