Let’s see them race out in the swamp. Notice the excavator back filling the trench and loading the truck with a trenching bucket. Most operators would swap to a cleanup bucket.  definately made this advertisment.in all honesty a backhoe is a jack of all trades master of none where I work they only used backhoes but as soon as we got the mini and now the skid steer the backhoe is rarely used.

It amazes me how those big pieces of marble lift up up the back of those loaders.Every now and then I wonder how the hydraulic hoses and fittings can withstand the pressure under heavy load.This marble in my mother’s house in Greece. It’s so beautiful & stays cool in summer. Thank you guys for all the hard work you do.

An excavator is much better for just digging but a  is SO much more versatile. any day for me.

THe front end loader on a backhoe can move SIGNIFICANT amounts more dirt per unit of time over a much farther distance than an excavator. Also Excavators are not really truck loading machines until you get into the Quarry size machines. That is why major construction projects use Wheel Loaders for loading trucks. Excavators dig holes and wheel loaders/backhoes fill trucks.
